Yes, things do go wrong, for example missed specialist sessions, lost property, a programme mix-up. We can sort anything out as long as we know about it. Contact us immediately while your child is still at camp to gain a full perspective.
It is important that you discuss any changes, queries, or complaints that you or your child may have with us immediately, then we can put everything right straight away. Please do not wait until your child has left camp. Contact our Camp Specialists at Head Office for assistance.
Yes! Of course they can change their holiday programme, as long as there is availability and parents agree. And of course they can extend their holiday as long as we have space and parents agree! Children must discuss this with their Group Leaders who will arrange for Head Office to contact parents.
Camp carries on as normal - we have purpose-built, weatherproof activity zones. Rainy days are golden opportunities for a change in gear. Our rainy day programme features excursions to local places of interest and whole camp activities that make use of our performing arts and sports centres.
Please remember that there is always someone here who would be delighted to answer any of your questions. Our aim is to give parents peace of mind and offer children the best holiday ever! Email: enquiries@campbeaumont.com
