Campers can bring mobile phones with them, which will be looked after for safekeeping in security boxes in the camp office and given to the children to receive calls from home during specific times. If you prefer to phone, call the camp by midday Monday to Friday and book a phone call for that evening. We have found that it is often better not to have too much contact with home until after the first couple of days to help prevent homesickness. Usually after this time the amount of fun they are having dispels any concerns. Mobile phones are not held for safekeeping at the House!, so we do recommend that these items are fully insured under their own policy.
Emails will be passed on your child via their Group Leader. All campers have timetabled email sessions in which to reply.
