Escorted travel from airports
The main UK airports are manned by Camp Beaumont staff on Saturdays – they’ll meet your child once through Arrivals and take them to join other children on our coach to travel to camp. Campers are never left unattended.
We’ll need your flight details at least six weeks before camp begins. If you can’t get flights at the times noted on the below table, you will need to make your own arrangements for your child to be escorted to and from the camp.

What if the flight is delayed
Our transport staff are in contact with our office by mobile phone and can deal with any delays. All you need to do is contact our Camp Specialists on Saturdays between 9am and 5pm UK time. If there are any delays or problems with a departure we will contact you on the number you provide us with, so if you’re going to be on holiday yourself, don’t forget to give us those contact details.
Any flight delays or missed departures will be subject to additional charges.
Transfers from Paris and Calais

Please remember that all flight arrival and departure times must be between the times specified above. Please note that in line with airline regulations, we are unable to check your child in to a later departure flight and leave them there unattended at the airport. If your flight departure or check in time is outside of these hours you will need to make your own arrangements for your child to be escorted to the airport. Please contact us for details.
