Chef Academy Activity Holiday

New for 2010 you can learn to make your own food in our Chef Academy!

We’ve brought in a professional chef joins us to teach you the basics of cooking. In our purpose built cooking facility adjacent to the main camp kitchen you’ll learn the tricks of the trade.

We will start you off with slicing skills and safety before you progress to baking bread and cakes, making salads and cooking meat all under the watchful eye of the head chef.

At the end of the week you’ll be shouting ‘Yes Chef’ as you work in a group using your newly learned skills to cook up a treat for the whole camp!
